This is a complete modification for those who want maximum off-road control, better suspension geometry and everyday ride comfort. The system is bolt-on, so no welding or complicated frame modifications are required.

Key features and componentsFront long-arm 4-link arms made from 2.0″ DOM steel tubing with ¼″ wall, with forged ends for maximum strength.

Upper front arms 1.25″ with 3/16″ wall, profiled to provide great clarity at full suspension travel.

Duroflex™ bushings made of Kevlar®-reinforced elastomer, self-centering for greater wear resistance and better vibration damping than conventional rubber bushings.

Fully bolt-on arm mounts – no welding required.

Two rear suspension configuration options:DB3 Mid Arm – no need to remove factory mounts, improves rear axle geometry.

Full Rear Long Arm – requires removal of stock mounts, but provides the most stable suspension performance over the full swing range.

Reinforced 3/16″ steel crossmember replaces the factory frame bracket, increasing stiffness and providing a base for long arm installation.

True Dual Rate™ springs with two constants for on-road comfort and full off-road control.

Dedicated spring isolators that replace the factory plastic and improve coilover stability.4130 chrome-molybdenum steel Panhard bar (track bar) with Durotrak™ bushings to reduce noise and vibration.

Adjustable bump stops (bump stops) made of elastomer, adjustable from 1″-4″, without removing the springs.

Choice of shock absorbers:MetalCloak 6Pak – the largest working stroke.

RockSport, Rocksport Silver and Rocksport BLACK – dedicated, spring-balanced True Dual Rate springs.

Installation informationWhen using large ranges of suspension travel, the factory driveshafts may wear faster – it is recommended to replace them with reinforced ones.

Rear full-length arm version requires removal of factory mounts and cutting of the frame.

After installation of the kit, it is necessary to adjust the suspension geometry.

The manufacturer does not recommend powder coating the True Dual Rate springs so as not to reduce their durability.
